Software integration

Nursery management software, connected to your website

Famly, Ovivio, eyworks and Nursery in a Box all publish enquiry and waiting list forms. We embed yours so a parent's first click lands in the system that runs your rooms, not in a shared inbox.

Does a nursery website need nursery management software?

No. Software integration means embedding your nursery management system’s own enquiry or waiting list form into the website, so a parent’s first click lands in Famly, Ovivio, eyworks or Nursery in a Box instead of a shared inbox. If you use none of those, the form emails the enquiry straight to you and the website works exactly as well.

Why it matters

Nothing gets lost

An enquiry in Famly or Ovivio has a status, an owner and a follow-up date. An email in a shared inbox has none of those, and it is the third one that gets missed.

You learn which pages work

Every embedded form carries the page it came from. After three months you know whether the Great Baddow page or the baby room page brings the enquiries, and the retainer works on that.

Parents get a reply

Systems with a pipeline send an acknowledgement and remind whoever owns the lead. Most lost enquiries are lost in the 48 hours after the form is sent.

What nursery owners say

Firefly Nursery

The team designed and developed our new website and continue to work with us on an ongoing basis through their SEO and AI Visibility package. They’re helping us strengthen our presence on Google and across emerging AI search platforms, so more local parents can discover our nursery online. It’s great having one team looking after both our website and our long-term digital visibility.
Julia, Firefly Nursery, Catford

Oak Tree Nursery

We wanted a website that really captured the warmth and personality of our nursery and gave parents confidence in choosing us. The finished website does exactly that. It showcases our setting beautifully, explains what we offer clearly and makes it incredibly easy for prospective parents to arrange a visit or get in touch.
Jane, Oak Tree Nursery, Catford

More enquiries from local parents

Our new website has made a huge difference to our online presence. Parents can quickly understand what makes our nursery special and easily take the next step to arrange a visit. We’ve had fantastic feedback on how professional, welcoming and easy to use the website is.

Questions nursery owners ask

We use Famly. Do we need anything else?

No. Famly's enquiry form on every tier is enough. We embed it, style it, and set the source tag. Registration forms are on the Professional tier if you want online sign-up too.

We are moving from Blossom to something else. Can the site cope?

Yes. The form is one block in the page. Swapping the embed is a care plan change, done in a day.

Can the site show live availability from our software?

Not reliably from any of the systems above; none publishes a public availability feed. We show "spaces this term" as a line you update, and the waiting list form does the rest.

Do we need nursery software for the website to work?

No. If you use Famly, Ovivio, eyworks or Nursery in a Box we embed their enquiry form so leads are tracked from the first click. If you use none of them, the form emails the enquiry straight to your inbox and nothing else is needed. Plenty of settings run happily on the second option.

How much does a nursery website cost?

A nursery website in the UK costs between about £1,000 and £6,000 as a one-off build, plus £20 to £60 a month to keep it running. Ours are £1,495 for a single setting of up to eight pages, £2,995 for an established nursery and £5,995 for a group of two or more, with a £50 a month care plan on top. Monthly-only offers from £15 to £40 exist, but you usually rent the site rather than own it.

Do we own the website at the end?

Yes. On completion and full payment the files are yours, as plain HTML with no proprietary platform to be locked into. Domains we register go in your name where the registrar allows it, and transfer to you free of charge whenever you ask, including if you stop the care plan.

How long does it take to build a nursery website?

Two to five weeks for a single setting, three to five for an established nursery, four to six for a group. The clock starts when your brief is complete. The slow part is almost always waiting for fees, room details and staff names, so the faster you send those the sooner it is live.

Tell us which software you use and we build the connection in.
