Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website. The contract for any work we do for you is the separate terms of business.

1. Who we are

Full Rooms Websites is a trading name of WDL Digital Ltd, company number 12944648, registered in England and Wales. The registered office address is on the terms of business and privacy pages. Contact: hello@fullroomswebsites.com.

2. Using this site

You may browse, print and share pages for your own information. You may not copy the content into another website, scrape it, or present it as your own. Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory or financial advice; it is general information, dated where it appears, and you should check current guidance with Ofsted, the Department for Education, the ICO or a professional before relying on it.

3. Concept designs

The six website designs shown on this site (Acorn Lane Day Nursery, Little Meadow Pre-School, Bramble & Birch Montessori, Harbour Kids Nursery Group, Sunflower Corner, Wild Roots Forest Nursery) are concept designs created by us to illustrate style and range. The names are illustrative. Any resemblance to a real nursery is coincidental.

4. Figures and sources

Search volumes, costs per click, nursery counts and survey figures are quoted from named third-party sources with the date we read them. They change. We do not guarantee their continued accuracy and we review dated figures periodically.

5. Testimonials

Where this site publishes testimonials they are genuine, held on file with the reviewer's permission, and attributed to the team behind the business rather than to this brand where the work predates it. We do not mark up reviews about ourselves for search engines.

6. Links

Links to other sites are provided for information. We are not responsible for their content.

7. Liability

This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
