Where the data goes
Form submissions are stored by our hosting and forms provider, Netlify, and emailed to us. Analytics, when you consent, goes to Google. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising. Some providers store data outside the UK under standard contractual clauses.
Requests this site makes to other companies
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the map on area pages is loaded from OpenStreetMap when you scroll to it. Both see your IP address as part of serving the request but set no cookies. Analytics loads only after you accept.
Google Analytics settings
Consent Mode is set to deny everything by default. Only analytics storage is ever granted, and only if you accept. Data retention is 14 months, Google Signals is off, data sharing for product improvement and benchmarking is off, and no advertising features are enabled.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
