Guide
Connecting Famly enquiries to your nursery website
Famly is the most searched nursery software in the UK, 60,500 searches a month for the name alone and 9,900 for "famly app" (DataforSEO, September 2026). Most of those are parents logging in. This guide is for the manager who wants the website's enquiry form to land in Famly.
What Famly gives a website
Every Famly tier includes an "enquiries website form" and enquiry tracking with conversion reporting. The Professional tier adds customisable registration forms so a family can complete sign-up online. Pricing on Famly's site on 10 September 2026: Foundation £79, Premium £159, Professional £209 a month, custom for groups of ten or more sites.

Embedding it properly
Answer first: the form goes on the admissions page and, in short form, on every room page and district page, because that is where a parent decides. It is styled to match the site so it does not look like a widget from somewhere else. Each copy is tagged with the page it sits on, so three months later you can see whether the baby room page or the Great Baddow page produces the enquiries.
What not to do: link out to a Famly-hosted page. The parent leaves your site, the design changes, and you lose the page tag. Embedding keeps them with you.
What the parent sees
A short form (name, child's date of birth, preferred start, contact details), an acknowledgement, and then whatever follow-up your pipeline is set to send. Inside Famly the enquiry has a status and an owner. Set the owner to the manager who actually answers, not a shared login, and set the follow-up reminder to the next working day; most lost enquiries are lost in the first 48 hours.
If you are not on Famly
Ovivio, eyworks and Nursery in a Box all offer the equivalent. Tapestry, Kinderly and most others do not, and for those a plain form that emails you and exports to a spreadsheet is the honest alternative. The software comparison lists who offers what and at what price.
